1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JobCV (jobcv.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone who accesses or uses the service.

2. Description of Service

JobCV is a free online platform that allows users to create professional CVs (curriculum vitae / resumes) using customizable templates and download them in PDF format. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To save and manage your CVs, you may create an account by signing in with Google. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information associated with your Google account.
• Maintain the security of your account by protecting your Google credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JobCV only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to create fraudulent, misleading or deceptive CVs or documents.
• Attempt to access, tamper with or use non-public areas of the service, our systems or technical delivery systems.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses or any harmful content.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable or impair our servers or networks.
• Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to access the service without our written permission.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using JobCV, including your CV data, personal information and generated PDFs. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display your content solely to provide and improve the service. You may delete your content at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The JobCV service, including its design, templates, code, logos and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Our CV templates are licensed for personal and professional use in generating your CVs. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent.

7. Free Service & Future Changes

JobCV is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features, paid plans or modify the free tier in the future. If we introduce charges for features you currently use for free, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Any paid features will be clearly labeled and require your explicit consent before purchase.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep JobCV available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobCV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
